Sender Profile Requirements
Viber sets the rules for a sender's public profile, and every change goes through Viber rather than through the platform.
- Description ā 10 to 100 characters, plain text only. Links and emoji are not accepted. Senders registered before the current rules took effect may still carry a longer description, up to 400 characters, but any new text has to fit the current limit.
- Logo ā supply the image as PNG in six sizes: 50Ć50, 65Ć65, 100Ć100, 130Ć130, 360Ć280, and 256Ć256 pixels.
Send the new description or logo to support. Viber applies the change in about 5ā7 days.
Automatic replies are delivered in the language of the recipient's device, so their text isn't set per sender or per campaign.
