Using AI in the Email Editor

Artificial intelligence (AI) in the email editor allows you to translate, correct, and optimize text directly in your template.

Note

To use AI features, open an email in the drag-and-drop editor. AI is available for any text block, as well as the message name, subject line, and hidden preheader fields.

AI Capabilities in eSputnik Email Editor

AI in the email editor supports the following tasks:

  1. Emotional impact analysis. AI identifies words and expressions with emotional impact and helps you create marketing content that evokes specific emotions in your audience.
  2. Content generation. Use automated NLP to generate email content based on your prompt.
  3. Error correction. The algorithm fixes grammatical errors and removes extra spaces from the text.
  4. Translation. Translate email text blocks into one of the supported languages.

Using AI in a Text Block

To use AI in a text block, open an email template in the drag-and-drop editor and locate the text block you want to improve.

  1. Hover over the more options menu (ā‹Æ) on the right side of a text block and click Improve with AI.
  1. Select a request type:
  • Fix Grammar
  • Make Shorter
  • Make Longer
  • Translate
  • Change Tone of Voice
  • Explain as an Expert
  • Add emoji
  1. Send the request.

After a few seconds, the AI updates the text. You can then:

  • edit the text manually;
  • apply additional AI requests.

Use AI for Message Name, Subject, and Hidden preheader

To optimize the message name, subject, or hidden preheader:

  1. Click the Improve with AI button next to the corresponding field.
  1. Select the request type.

In addition to the options available for text blocks, these fields support:

  • Generate based on email content
  • Improve using Robert Cialdiniā€™s principles of influence
  1. Send the request to the AI.

After a few seconds, the AI displays the generated version at the top of the dialog window.

  1. Next, you can:
  • use the suggested text,
  • close the dialog to discard it by clicking anywhere outside the AI window,
  • continue refining the text with additional AI prompts.
