Widget Analytics

To see the widget interaction statistics, go to the Site → Widgets section, select the tab with the widget type and click on its name.

Available analytics parameters for mobile and desktop:

1. Unique views

2. Subscriptions (for subscription forms)

3. Clicks (for all widget types except subscription forms)

4. Conversion:

   • The ratio of views to subscriptions (for subscription forms)
   • The ratio of views to clicks (for all widget types except subscription forms)

5. New contacts (for subscription forms)

Generalized widget’s statistics for the selected period are presented in the top part of the report:

Below you can see site visitors’ activity dynamics in graphs to easily track the widget's effectiveness over a certain period.

Statistics are updated once per minute.

Note

Leads and analytics data collected through widgets is retained indefinitely — it isn't automatically deleted after you stop using a widget. A feature to let you delete all or some of this data is planned but not yet available.
