The method is enabled on request — contact support to activate it for your account. Activation can take a few hours. Activity data starts accumulating from the moment the feature is enabled and is stored for 90 days.

Use the email filter (plus the messageTag and/or activityStatus filters, if applicable) to check whether a given transactional message was already sent to a contact before sending it again — this helps avoid duplicate sends.

dateFrom and dateTo values without a time part mean midnight UTC of that date. To include activity from the current day, specify the time in ISO 8601 format — for example, dateTo=2026-05-29T10:59:59.
